Renowned Leaker @evleaks shared the marketing material of Pixel 9a on his private X account. The images with low resolution show the coming mid-range pixel in a purple shade, supposedly brought to the market as “iris”, with a renewed back design that eliminates camera cultivation almost completely, leaving only a slight protrusion.
Like other members of the Pixel 9 family, the renders show that the Pixel 9a will also take over an iPhone-like flat frame.
Other renders show off the deep Gemini integration, theft detection support and the IP68-certified body.
Today’s leak does not reveal any new details about the Pixel 9a that previous reports have not yet treated. It only gives us a better look at the almost non-existent reversing behind.
The Pixel 9a is around the corner
Multiple reports suggest that Google will unveil De Pixel 9a on March 19, with the sale that starts on March 26. With just over a week left for rumors, expect more Pixel 9a images and details up in the coming days.
The Pixel 9A will apparently have a larger 6.3-inch 120Hz Super Actua display with HDR10+ support and a peak clearance of 2,700 nits. Under the hood, leaks point to the middle range pixel using a tensor G4 chip with 8 GB RAM and 128 or 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage. It will apparently house a huge battery of 5,100 mAh, which should give its duration a big boost. Unfortunately, the loading speed is supposedly stuck at 18W.
Despite this remarkable spec -hobbel, rumors indicate that the starting price of the Pixel 9A will remain the same at $ 499. However, the 256 GB variant will become supposedly more expensive, with a price increase of $ 40, and costs $ 599 in the US. The European, UK and the Canadian prices will also see a similar increase.
